Lift Every Voice

Lift Every Voice (LEV) is a life skills and career coaching social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Founded in April 2019 as a student-run organization at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, LEV expanded to Baltimore, MD, where it was registered as a nonprofit. Seeking to deepen its community impact, LEV rebranded as a social enterprise and relocated to Phoenix, AZ.

Our mission is to broaden perspectives, cultivate essential life skills, and inspire confidence in both life and career. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment built on safety, dedication, and respect. By creating opportunities for individuals from underrepresented communities, small businesses, schools, and people of all backgrounds, we strive to uplift and empower every voice.

LEV is committed to fostering self-awareness, life skills, and personal growth for individuals from all walks of life. We believe every stage of life holds power and deserves to be valued. Through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and community workshops, we empower clients to embrace new opportunities and redefine their paths.

Lift Every Voice sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each client or organization. They begin with a focus-enhancing breathing exercise, followed by group discussions, icebreakers, and motivational quotes. Each session concludes with a mental health color exercise and a self-reflective activity.
